Thats sad that you left a server because of two people. Ever heard of mute? I may have acted like a dick on the mic but I also had enough respect for everyone else to turn in door blockers, team infectors, etc that ruined the game and couldn't be solved by a mute button. There was definitely some balance.
CPF is hardly an issue anymore. He pretty much sold his soul to Xbox Live to play L4D2. I probably talk to him once a week now.
And Gas Chamber is going down? Thank GOD. October cannot come soon enough - it was bad enough when I exposed them for using 'redirect' servers (about 4 of them) to get traffic. Hopefully when they go down, Jigglypuffs will see an increase...but of course it takes PEOPLE to do that. You can't preach from the tower and not follow it up...you got to be a person who might sit in there alone for 45 minutes before another person plays.
If JP would give me some admin power over the group (not the server), I would schedule games and get the server back into existence. I would work on it until the server jumped back into popularity then step down.

^ Ye old quote created to sum up the All2fort room nicely.
I coulda muted everyone myself, but it wouldn't have helped me. People were more interested in griefing than playing. Was just a chaos fest. Not like the old days when folks teamed up to win. But when you have an all2fort server, it's really more of a chat room than a game server. I can go to the clubs or bars for that, and have a bit more control over the company, or at least the general nature of said company. I go to game servers to game.
To each his own though (and hence why I didn't just ban everyone there.) I dunno if JP has any control at all over the JP steam group. His Pinkness has been rather quiet lately. :/ (Thought the Alizee thread woulda brought him out, surely.)

What happened to the server? A few months back it accomodated 20 people no problem. The last couple of weeks I've tried getting a game going and everyone lags out (pings go from around a steady 80 then shoot up to 500+). I hope the lag irons out - I want this server to be king again.

Hrmm... Been so long since I did server maintenance. It's been so quiet so long that JP may have downgraded it, or maybe some dynamic CPU proggie on the server did.
Also been awhile since it's been restarted (user count >2250). Think that's all I can do for it from here. Hopefully it comes back - we've had issues with that before. >_>
edit: Restarted, it came back. Dunno if it's going to behave any better, but you can give it a shot.

*shrug* Someone would have to actually play to find out. User count's a bit high there too. Could restart it. But the user count being @ 1437 does mean that many people have played on the server since the last time it crashed. Granted, I can't think of a way to get it to tell me how long it took for 1437 people to go in and out of there - but I suspect quite some time.

it was embarrassing watching you lick cpfs and chucks bag constantly, still doing it eh.........sluuuurp!! At least cpf and chuck didn't disrupt gameplay like you did/do and like chuck said, mute worked when it got annoying. you must be king of the bots by now..hahahah.

johnny, At least I know when I am joking. For most people, their tfc life does not spill over into their real life. But you, sir..are a liberal loving rat-fink who has no backbone and cant come up with any values of his own, both off and on tfc. Why dont you go get trolled on drippys forums as well, you gullible fuck. But, still, have a nice day. ps. most people on tfc could have a beer together in real life....you?...beer might offend you.
