So who has tryed the demo? I actually like, and i dont like much of anything now adays. Pretty immersive, have it preloaded on steam but am debating on whether to pull the trigger. Anyways here are some screens from the demo...

I thought the demo was based on a build from a year ago.

So, if you thought the demo was good enough, prepare to get your socks knocked off by the final release.

Unfortunately, I'm too much of a penny pincher to get it on opening day. Not to mention I might not get the best out of it with my GeForce 7600 GT. Man that water looks awesome.

demo won't install for me. I apparently lack the privilages required to install the fucker. Also my AV keeps telling me the setup file is a trojan >_>
I'l wait on installing it for the time being.

Don't feel bad - my Steam stopped working after the Bioshock update downloaded.

Yogurt ive seen others say that AV is picking it up as a trojan, if it was me i'd just ignore it but if you search around im sure you'll find a solution. I just woke up this morning to find out that you only have 2 installs allowed and then your fucked. That and me hating steam ive decided not to buy it, its a single player only also. Ill be fetching up a release sometime...

Huh, I gather that the Steam PC release isn't being met with enthusiasm.

Again, lucky me I don't buy things on release date.

On a slightly different note, has anyone else been using Steam Community? Ever since I started it up, I can't join the servers directly from Steam Servers list. I have to start the game, then find the servers.

I've got it, been playing it. Is it the best thing since Mario? No, but it is crazy fun.

If you want to know how I've been playing, just follow the trail of spasming corpses with conspicuous looking blunt force trauma wounds in their heads.....

I saw it being played while over at Switches. I agree, it isn't the best thing EVER, but it does have it's merits. Shocking people then bashing them with a wrench is GREAT fun.

Personally i'm a fan of lighting the tips of merlot bottles on fire then using telekenesis to hurl them at people. Or quite possibly freezing them then bashing their heads off with a wrench. All good fun.

Of course, if there is water anywhere NEAR them, that's always great fun too :D

Use the environment if you can. Usually lots of explosive items you can stack and blow up to "assist" you.
