Looking at the IP of that post, I would say that you've fallen into the IP range of dewm.

A few months back I was having horrible packet loss issues connecting from my house. A routing problem between Vancouver to Socal on my ISP. I managed to bounce my connection off my work's server. Worked pretty well... But I think the obvious solution here is to move the server...to China...and I'm not saying that just so I can have a better ping... |

bay. ....AND I STILL CAN'T CONNECT TO JIGGLY'S! (I cycled my modem like a million times, partly due to the fact that it is broken and needs to be cycled every 6 hours or I loose internet connection  )
