Anyone now a good managed dedicated host? I need to find my dad a host for his website(s) and it would be preferable if they were managed, fast, updated, etc. Also miva merchant support would be very nice...

I used to use lunarpages.com for just a regular hosting plan for my website, they were always good never had a problem.

They're pretty popular and I used to work with them back in the day - good guys... Just don't do anything illegal - um, certain (think the opposite of a herbivore) monitoring devices belonging to 2 major agencies are always sniffing their IP traffic

Other than that, I say do you homework on them - they're one of the better hosting companies out there.
