Eh? The Jigglyroom ban list used to be one of the most trusted ban lists around - back when United Admins was still in full swing, they actually requested our database, and we shared it with several other servers. Getting banned on Jiggly's was as good as being blacklisted. Sadly, bloody thing got so large that it developed glitches from corrupt Steam ID's causing it not to load correctly, so it had to be reset several times. It'd help if Valve hadn't tossed in so many "specially formatted" Steam ID's for custom products and certain Café account types - woulda kept the thing clean and functional at least. So no, quite the opposite.
That's also not Lockbot, as you can't fly proper while using Lockbot. Tis more likely the new OCC or a variant of Modeltrack. Hard to tell, lest you can get him in a situation where he's facing multiple alien targets.
