video.glath.com has adult swim cartoons, and some others. it also has some tv shows.
tv-links.co.uk has music videos, tv shows, movies and more. lots snd lots of good videos.

Most of these sites seem to stream off of dailymotion.com
Newer shows however on tv-links.co.uk stream from stage6.divx.com, which is awesome quality compared to the .flv movies (Read: YouTube quality) on dailymotion.
