that's for 3.1, which is what JP still runs memory serving.
I don't recall where the 3.2 download is hiding, but it's what TacticalGamer runs, and is still officially in beta i believe.
Right now the NS community is about half and half on the two versions.

There is a download link for the latest on www.naturalselection.com which is just a redirect to unknown worlds, the download page takes you to mirrors.
The community is pretty much 98% on the new version
