Quick update: the owner of the wonderful network appliance is here in the States for his yearly re-training visit and is scheduled to report into the office on August 4th. That's when I can finally get his full attention and ambush him.
Anyways, gotta catch another flight. Have to be in Seattle all week. Have fun kids.
