Only ONE person came forward with a full traceroute with a source IP. I've been checking back periodically so that I can try to piece this together but you guys haven't been giving me any pieces. I need more than a single contributor to make this thing go away.

Trying to talk to the guy that controls the router right before it hits the server. From the looks of it, maybe some access control was enabled and that seems to be a possible issue. Unfortunately, he lives in Spain and we keep playing tag. Blah.
