It seems I can't join the tf2 server, gives me some error about characters. Any idea why? I can join others.

Maybe the server detected that you are a bad man with personal issues that you haven't dealt with, which is why it won't let you in.

Ohhh, that MUST be it. I guess my wild hedonism hasn't gone unchecked, the TF2 server has some tough love.

My *guess* would be that the server needs to update, but isn't doing so for one reason or another.

I'll run Quit on it. No garuntees that it'll restart itself, but since no one can play it as is, it will at least remove the CPU usage, and maybe give it a chance to update.

edit: Good news, it restarted. Bad news, that didn't fix it.

I suspect it'll have to wait until His Pinkness returns and can figures why it isn't updating.

Oh well, at least I'm not the only one to get the error. Hopefully it actually gets people playing, once its back up.
