"VALVE_ID_PENDING" - makes preemption hard - you need to get his ID after it resolves. In anycase, I add trusted blacklists to the ban list now and again, and occasionally ban buttholes I find in other servers myself (however rarely I venture out of the JR), but that's about as much preemption as I take.

If it makes you feel any better, no one by that name has logged onto the JR.

Yeah I think he was in Central America, cause he was pinging 100 and I was around 230 and others were under 50. I've just never seen a straight spinbot in NS before... and he shot me with a shotgun while his player model was facing the other way

That kind of experiences happens to me very often every day; In fact I shot randomly most of the time; that's because I usually get 280/300 ish ping to texan servers and very late at night, read, like 3:00 am or something like that I could reach a 220/170 latency to the servers located in LA, and this crap piss me off but there is nothing I can do about it, is the normal international jam; And I have no choice because there are ZERO NS servers in Central America, period.

The only real advantage of play with that amount of shit over your reflexes is the fact that if you can kill something random under these circumstances you may call yourself a clairvoyant or at least a pro because do it is such a great and extremely difficult thing. Makes me remember yar fuckface lerk shotgunned twice and nothing but chuckles.
