Quick update: One long fucking series of flights later, and I'm in KAF. Military gives you phone/internet cards so calling home and checking your email doesn't cost you anything. Probably not going to be here much longer than a few days.
Time difference is something like 10 1/2 hours from Central to whatever the fuck the timezone I'm in right now is. I'm pretty sure I'm gonna be sleepfucked for a good week.
