what does this have to do with anything, unless of course you are saying we should nuke that intolerant, ignorant, "athiest" who blames organized religion (seemingly only christianity) for all the problems in the world. OMG THEY ROTE GAWD ON MAH MONEH! Which.. still doesn't have anything to do with the OP.

Well, seeing as by definition 2nd Degree Murder (what he is being charged w/) is not premeditated, it was apparently not beholden upon him to remember ammo.

ah I didn't read that far.
Though it does say when a neighbor tried to intervene he turned the gun on him. But I suppose when someone points a shotgun at you, you don't stop and ask, "hey is that thing loaded?"
