state lines=interstate commerce . . . but unless you got pulled over by a fed i would imagine the statey's would respect a mmj card if they have their own program. legal precedent for a state without one is a little fuzzy, but im willing to bet with the federal stance you'd get slapped anyway.
and they'll bust you for drug trafficking if you have a scale or bags nearby, no need to prove you bought/sold anything. A good lawyer might be able to beat it the majority of the time, but definitely no guarantees.
