Some places (like BJ's) have a taster plate where they bring you like 6 different types of beers, each in 2oz cups. That's a pretty good way to taste a lot. I tried 7 different beers at the LA Fair that way on Sunday. Only thought 2 or 3 of them were worth a second look (but that's just my specific tastes).

OK, I'll bite. What's everyone studying?
Alas, I am now over 5 years out of college. I have a BS in CS and a BS in Physics.

I'm studying wort chillers, yeast, racking, and bottling.
Have BS Physics, will travel. Also, good god what a bunch of tech nerds we are. Yet it wouldn't make sense any other way.
