Ok so it's been a few million degrees here lately and like any dairy product, I've been trying to stay cool in order to retain freshness. I've stumbled upon a godly smoothie combo that I am sharing with you.
Step 1:
Get blender

Step 2:
Mix the following ingredients:
1-2 large spoons of peanut butter
2 Bananas
1 large spoon of honey
and a decent amount of vanilla flavored soy milk (fill it up about half way to the top of your ingredient mound).
and 1 tray of ice

Step 3:
Blend

Step 4:
?????

Step 5:
Satisfaction

Enjoy/share more smoothie recipes.

I'm leery. I've been burned by ass-tasting soy milk in the past.

then secure non-ass-tasting soy milk for the process? I used "Silk" branded stuff.

Can probably sub it for real milk.

Here's a recipe I made up last Saturday after I got home from the gym:

Fill a 12 oz glass with ice cubes and milk, then pour into blender. Add 3 tsp of sugar, 2 strawberries, 1.5 scoops of protein powder (30 grams of protein), and 2 shots of kahlua. I threw the kahlau in for fun. ;)

Oh, I thought you added in the kahlua in because you had a gun to your head.

Here's my own recepie.

1. Procure money. (Get a job, sell your organs, loan your asshole out to the highest bidder, rob a bank, etc.)
2. Procure a mode of transportation. (Use God's gift of legs, ride a bike, ride an old person, steal a car, learn to fly, etc.)
3. Locate nearest smoothie imporium. (Jamba Juice, Dairy Queen, Sonic, hollow out a fat guy and hope for the best, etc.)
4. Offer money to smoothie vendor/gnome with blender in return for blended drink/fruity potion of +3 tasty. (Dollars, pounds, yen, teeth, etc.)
5. ????? (?????, ?????, ?????, ??!??, etc.)
6. PROFIT! (PROFIT!, PROFIT!!, PROFIT!!!, SMOOTHIE GET!!!, etc.)

Thothie’s Chocolate Crank (aka. Thothie's Cocoa Daemon)

1) Make Uber-strong coffee, this is a 3 step process that can take several hours:
• 1-1: Brew coffee (pref. some expensive strong mocha stuff), 1 cup at a time until full brewer capacity is met
• 1-2: Dump brewed coffee back into water intake and repeat
• 1-3: Repeat 1-1 and 1-2, two to three more times (if ye have "aroma mode" or what not, use it.)
2) Head to Trader Joes / Bread & Circus, get:
- Organic Chocolate Covered Espresso Beans (1 cup)
- Layered Organic Espresso Brownie (1 square)
- Ghirardelli Cacao Powder [or some other non-alkali chocolate] (1/4 cup)
3) After letting ultra-coffee cool, place all above into blender+
- 12 Ice cubes (1½ cup)
- 1tsp Vanilla extract
- ½ cup Whole milk
- One-two cups ultra-coffee, depending on preferred consistency
4) Blend until smooth

Makes about four 8oz servings (excess can be kept in freezer for emergencies, or poured into ice cube trays for quick fixes.)

Lady X^16 variant (“Black&White” Crack+):

1) Complete Thothie’s Chocolate Crank steps 1-2 above.
2) Get:
- 4 cups fine powdered sugar
- 1 cup Ghirardelli Baking Cacao Powder [be sure it is baking cocoa, and not the warm cocoa making variety]
- ½ cup milk
- 2tbsp of real butter
3) Combine cacao and powdered sugar into flower sifter
4) Sift mixture into bowls repeatedly until there are no clumps.
5) While sifting, combine milk and butter in 2qt sauce pan and bring to boil
6) Once sifting is completed, remove milk and butter from heat, and slowly add sifted cocoa mixture. Stir until thick fudge results. Add more milk if needed. (About 1 cup crack-fudge will result)
7) Complete step #3 of Thothie’s Chocolate Crank
8) Get tall glasses, pour in 1/2cup Thothie’s Cocoa Daemon, followed by 1/4cup Lady X^16 fudge. Repeat until glass is full. Makes for lovely fudge striping effect.

Enjoy the buzz. Only recommended if you don’t intend to sleep for a few days due to upcoming flight + timezone change, finals, sex marathon, NS scrim set, or what not.

Double post… Thought of a few others that get made here from time to time:

In case you need something to put you down after the cocoa daemon:

Clockwork Orange:
1 bottle(s) Smirnoff Triple Black
4 oz Cointreau
4 oz Orange Rum
4 oz Grand Marnier

Pour Smirnoff Triple Black into glass, followed by Contreau, Orange Rum, and Grand Marnier.
Makes for lovely striping effect.

Virgin Clockwork Orange Variant (without the hangover):
1/2 cup Pineapple Juice
1/2 cup Mango or Pink Grapefruit Juice
1/2 cup Orange Juice
1 Cup "The White Man's Poison" High Fructose Corn Syrup

Layer Juice types with ¼ cup corn syrup with between each layer. Again, lovely striping effect until mixed (and, technically not a smoothie until mixed, so...). Great for yer friend’s kids!

People don't generally add alcohol to their protein shakes.

Wisdom from the mouth of babes. Some people possesed by the Cocao Daemon have left in the dead of night never to be seen again. ;)
