What do you use to make custom HL1 spraypaints? I remember back in the day I had a program that would do it quickly and easily. Needless to say, I deleted it (who plays HL1 games any more?!) and can't find anything good on the interwebs. I only find stupid instructions that don't even work.
Also, what do you use to play sounds over the mic?

pretty sure I used wally for the MUGA spray, and HLSS.us for sounds, but don't ask how to install / use it...

I believe this is the one I used to make mine, very simple. It resizes and converts for you, making for a very easy HL1 spray experience.

don't forget, after you put your decal in the ns folder, to right click and make it READ ONLY! Otherwise, when you go to your options in game, it will be reset to the the lambda default spray!
